Many of our products can be reordered, so if you see an item you like and find it out of stock, let us know and we will be glad to order it for you. Depending on the artist and the complexity of the handmade item, the lead time before we can get it to you will vary. We will be happy to give you an estimate of delivery time required before you make your purchase.
Special Orders
Many of our artists would be glad to create a one-of-a-kind item just for you. If you have ideas about a unique item you would like to commission, let us know and we'll be happy to make arrangements for you. We will be glad to obtain price and delivery time estimates for you before you commit to purchase.
Sales and Returns
All sales of purses, backpacks, scarves, shawls, and earrings are final. We do not accept returns of these personal use items. If you are uncertain about the item you are interested in, please send us your questions and we will try to provide you with the information you need to make the right decision.
We will accept returns of non-wearable items, including tapestries, batik wall art, and decorative embroidery upon notification by you within 15 days of sale. Items must be returned unaltered and in original condition. Butterfly Design Boutique will refund your full purchase price including shipping and return shipping charges within five (5) business days of receiving the returned item.
